5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- We warrant our workmanship for a period specified at the time of service (conditions apply).
- Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
- Warranties may be void if work is altered or tampered with by an unlicensed person after completion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
- Provide accurate information regarding the issue to be addressed.
- Remove any fragile or valuable items from the work area to avoid accidental damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults, concealed defects, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income or property damage caused by factors beyond our control.
9. Emergencies
- Emergency service availability may vary depending on demand.
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours or urgent call-outs.
